Grounded in the rich traditions of the Church, the PPC stands as a linchpin for fostering spiritual growth and community cohesion. The study addresses the pressing need to comprehensively understand the theological significance and practical implications of the PPC's role. It deepens into the challenges faced by the council in modern contexts, questioning how it can effectively navigate contemporary dynamics while remaining true to its foundational purpose.
