The author is not charged for submitting.

The author is charged Rp 250.000,- for translation his/her article from Bahasa Indonesia to English or for refining his/her English so that the article is publicable.

Payment is made after receiving an announcement that the article has been accepted through a review process. 

Readers can read and download any full-text articles for free of charge.
